About Me

I’m Nicole — therapist, coach, and guide for the woman you are and the one you are becoming. After many years working in clinical practice and training therapists, I became increasingly interested in the deeper patterns that shape how capable women carry responsibility, navigate relationships, and define their sense of self.

Midlife often brings a quiet but powerful shift — a re-evaluation of identity, priorities, and how much responsibility one person can realistically carry. Many of the women who find their way to this work have spent years being the dependable one, the strong one, the one who holds things together for everyone else.

The women I work with are often highly capable, thoughtful, and deeply responsible. They have built successful lives, careers, and families, yet find themselves at a point where something deeper is asking for attention.

My work now integrates clinical therapy, coaching, guided hypnosis, and strength-oriented approaches to support women in building lives that feel grounded, aligned, and sustainable.

A Different Kind of Strength Work

This work is not about fixing what’s broken. It’s about understanding the patterns that shaped you — and building the clarity, strength, and self-trust to welcome the patterns that support you and releasing the ones that do not.

My work integrates FOUR core areas:

01 | Clinical Depth

Grounded in relational and systems-based therapy, we explore the family-of-origin roles, relational dynamics, and emotional patterns that shaped how you show up in the world. Understanding these contextual variables creates the foundation for meaningful and lasting change.

Growth is not about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming more fully yourself. This work helps you move from over-functioning and exhaustion into steadiness, clarity, and authentic personal power.

02 | Mind–Body Integration

How we care for our physical bodies profoundly shapes our mental and emotional lives. Strength, movement, and physical wellbeing are treated as essential supports for clarity, resilience, and grounded power.

Caring for the body is not separate from personal growth — it strengthens every aspect of it.

03 | Subconscious Transformation

Through guided hypnosis, we can work with the deeper layers of the mind where long-held beliefs and internal narratives take root.

This allows you to release outdated patterns and create meaningful shifts in how you think, respond, and move through your life.

04 | Midlife Identity Transitions

Midlife often brings a profound re-evaluation of identity, priorities, and purpose. I support women as they navigate these shifts — integrating the psychological, physical, and life-stage changes of midlife so they can step into a more grounded and fully expressed version of themselves.

These pillars invite you to come  home to your strength — mentally, emotionally, and physically.
