Working Together

The women who seek this work are often thoughtful, capable, and deeply responsible. Many have built full lives and successful careers, yet find themselves at a point where something deeper is asking for attention.

Our work together focuses on helping you better understand the patterns that shape how you carry responsibility, navigate relationships, and relate to yourself — while building a more grounded and sustainable way of moving through your life.

Individual Therapy

For women ready to explore the deeper relational and psychological patterns shaping how they carry responsibility and move through life.

Individual therapy provides a space to explore the relational patterns, family-of-origin roles, and internal expectations that shape how you move through your life.

Many of the women I work with have spent years being the dependable one — the person who manages, carries responsibility, and keeps things functioning. Therapy offers an opportunity to step back from those patterns, understand where they developed, and begin building new ways of relating to yourself and others.

This work is grounded in relational and systems-based therapy and is paced thoughtfully to support meaningful and lasting change.

Coaching: Strength & Mindset

For women seeking to reconnect with their physical strength while developing clarity, resilience, and grounded confidence.

For many women, reconnecting with their physical strength becomes an important part of reconnecting with themselves.

Coaching integrates mindset and strength principles to help you build a more supportive relationship with your body, develop resilience, and move through your life with greater clarity and confidence.

Rather than focusing on performance or productivity, the emphasis is on sustainable strength — physically, mentally, and emotionally.
